Terms of Service

Frame Estate

These Terms of Service apply to all photography, videography and related services provided by Frame Estate.

By proceeding with a booking, making payment, or engaging Frame Estate for services, the client agrees to these terms.

1. Services

Frame Estate provides professional photography, videography, drone imagery, floorplans and related visual services as agreed in writing for each project.

Specific deliverables, scope and pricing will be confirmed prior to the shoot.

2. Booking & Payment

• Pricing is confirmed in advance and excludes VAT unless stated otherwise.

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.

• The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final assets, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment of the deposit or invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot forfeit the deposit.

• One reschedule is permitted with reasonable notice, subject to availability.

• Weather-dependent shoots (including exterior and drone work) may be rescheduled where necessary.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery is 3–5 working days from the shoot date.

Rush delivery may be available by prior agreement and may incur an additional fee.

5. Copyright & Licence

All images and video remain the copyright of Frame Estate.

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the delivered content for marketing, advertising, listings, social media and promotional purposes.

Frame Estate retains the right to use the content for portfolio, website and promotional use.

Content may not be sold, sublicensed or transferred to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing access to the property at the agreed time

• Ensuring the property is clean, staged and ready for filming or photography

• Obtaining any required permissions from occupants, neighbours or building management

Delays caused by lack of access or an unprepared property may result in reduced deliverables or additional fees.

7. Creative Control

Frame Estate retains full creative discretion over shooting style, composition, editing, colour grading and final selection of deliverables.

Requests outside the agreed scope or additional revisions may be billed separately.

8. Floorplans

Where floorplans are provided, they are supplied for marketing purposes only and should not be relied upon for accuracy or measurement.

9. Revision Policy

One round of reasonable revisions is included with each project.

Revisions are limited to:

• Minor colour or exposure adjustments

• Small cropping or framing tweaks

• Minor edit refinements

Revisions do not include:

• Re-editing the project from scratch

• Additional shots or footage

• Changes to shooting style, framing, or composition after delivery

Any additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be subject to an additional fee.

10. Limitation of Liability

Frame Estate’s liability is limited to the total fee paid for the project.

Frame Estate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

11. Force Majeure

Frame Estate is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, equipment failure or acts of God.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland.
